I am glad that I, as a participant in this scientific 7th IHDP-International conference in Bonn, a lot of interesting ideas have heard that our wonderful planet and protect the lives of mankind better and happier could make.
And I would like to say something. This conference has a very large significance. In the world after the world financial crisis, such events have become very important.
Besides natural disasters, there are also financial disasters. Now mankind must try together to overcome disasters. To overcome these disasters to all active citizens in Germany, USA and other countries of the world must be intensely involved in thinking, and mitdisskutieren mitmachen. That is why such conferences are very useful.
In these former buildings of the Bundestag since the founding of the FRG in the past 60 years, many ideas emerged, the humanity and justice in the world have a positive effect. And the last 4-day events of the IHDP experts from many countries in the world were also very useful and productive organized. And I would like in this house in future active permanent world Jugendparlament see. The WJP is potentially very great role. The young up to 40 years old selected talented people in every country could first national youth parliaments set up and then send representatives to Bonn. How could new democratic world organization WJP arise. And could WJP here in Bonn on the future of humanity discuss decisions, and very efficient in solving many problems meet.
Why we have problems? Because the talented people at the right place to work. When the talented people at right places and develop their talents to work effectively, many problems could very easily be solved. For example, governments should not hundreds of billions of dollar and euro debt, but for every person with a minimum its activities. It is decided that if a person is less than $ 1 a day, he is hungry, he is poor. The poor people can not solve the big problems that can cause problems and tension in the world. It must always be considered. And why should the politicians in their countries, the minimum subsistence guarantee to every citizen can afford. Are dangerous, in my opinion, natural disasters, which are not predictable. But even more dangerous are caused by human weaknesses (due to negligence created) disasters such as last financial disasters that you could predict in advance and should be.
In Europe there are many discussions about the alleviation of the consequences of the global financial crisis.
Since 2 years, the discussions in Germany, Switzerland and Austria on Grundeinkommen many adherents. Some scientists have calculated that in Germany around 1500 per month for adults and € 1000 € for children Grundeinkommen can be paid. And scientists are close to the CDU Konrad Adenauer Foundation and expected to have decided that the government is about 750 € for the adults to ensure.
